People who work at breakfast were awesome, great people, great serving, great hospitality. I give 10/10 for people who were working at break fast. Also the front office was awesome too,

The breakfast was delicious and the whole staff was AMAZING! If I were to travel back, I would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that did not meet expectations was the non-working gym equipment. All 3 treadmills were not in working order.

Friendly staff. I enjoyed the free breakfast. I liked how breakfast was from 6:30-12:00 which allowed me to stay a little longer in bed and not be worried about missing breakfast. The location is very close to the Pepsi Center which I was in town for a concert there. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel that are walking distance. If you need a bank to withdraw funds there are several banks at the WTC a block away.

Big rooms with nice sofa bed. Staff very friendly and happy to come set up bed in sofa. Room facilities were basic like no microwave but it was still functional. Comfortable hotel and nice gym

The breakfast could be better, but there is a special person with the cleaning crew named Daniel, he completely went out of his way to help me with a problem I had, and he was very kind and professional.

The breakfast is exceptional! Open air walls; variety of food. Very fresh! Wonderful. I liked the gym. The rooms are quite lovely. Location is tops--one block off Insurgentes Sur. Great neighborhood!
